We use Avid pet microchips, a reliable and internationally recognized system, to provide a unique ID for your pet.
Additionally, we register the microchips with PETtrac ensuring seamless tracking and retrieval of your pet’s information, facilitating hassle-free travel and peace of mind for responsible pet owners.
We also offer a Passport Identity Service to clients wanting to travel across borders and internationally. An authorised PVP (private veterinary practioner) is available to provide this service.
Emergency Care 24/7
An out of hours telephone service gives our clients direct access to a veterinary surgeon who will consult with you directly and provideemergenyc are for your pet, either by phone consultation, hospital admission or dispensing medications.
During normal business hours an emergency will talk precendent over booked appointments during clinic times.
